Currency Today was established in 2006 by Mal Jones and Lee Waddington who are successful bricks and mortar business owners and internet entrepreneurs who wanted to use their expertise to help individuals find the best exchange rates and foreign exchange service online.

Mal has been involved in online marketing since 1999 working on his own projects in addition to providing freelance internet marketing consultancy for £1 billion plus turnover blue chip companies including Pierre & Vacances Group, owners of Centre Parcs. Lee brings his 15 years experience of working as a web developer and running a multi million pound construction company.

The Currency Today team are passionate about social responsibility and running a business that looks beyond solely making profit.
Through their partnership with the international charity Mary’s Meals (Charity number: SC022140) they are committed to supporting
their work in helping tackle world hunger and providing children with access to education. Mary’s meals feed more than 750,000
hungry and impoverished school children every day, across 16 countries. By purchasing travel money through the site customers will
