Same treatment as Neil below but no communication from the company at all. When I chased they sent me details of someone elses order including their home address and how much they ordered. Terrible terrible service - customer services non existent.

Had full confirmation page and payment taken for euros last night before EU exit and this scamming excuse for a sorry company cancelled my order claiming the EU referendum crashed their website. I am absolutely outraged! Order number 243566

I would never trust a company that asks to be paid by bank transfer. Acefx gave the debit card option that gave me more confidence being a first time user. No problems at all with delivery arriving on the day specified.
