When its good it is 5 star when anything goes wrong it is abysmal. Denies any responsibility for its posting of money and fails to answer emails or phone calls. Extremely disappointed in the service for their mistakes. Reluctant to use them again despite their competitive rates.

BE VERY CAREFUL!! I purchased some Swedish krona from Currency Club on 20th June that ceased to be legal tender on 1st July. My holiday started on 17th July and so the notes were, to my embarrassment, refused when I tried to use them. The day I returned to England I emailed Currency Club to inform them of this. Receiving no reply, I phoned them expecting an apology and reimbursement only to be told they would do nothing about it because I didnt inform them that these notes would not be legal

The top rate listed on your site was from Covent GardenFX but clicking through to their website they only offer one method of payment, i.e by bank transfer only. Please Currency Today make it clearer on payment methods for each broker to avoid us wasting our time. Having said that, I chose Currency Club as I could buy using a debit card my prefered payment method as at leat im covered if this company goes bust. Great service from them and easy to use website.
