Ordered today some euro for holiday and, after the page crashed exactly when I pressed "apply" I realized that my bank account is to thin so, the payment went through but no ref no or confirmation email.Tried to called them but nobody answers.You can imagine how we feel now. Needles to say that Im not going to use PO any time soon.

Very poor over the counter rate, 1.08€ to £1 as opposed to todays rate of 1.18€ to £1. My own fault as left buying euros to the last minute but wont be using the P.O again. Even Debenhams were offering 1.17 to collect!

I order 590 euros, went to get from post office in Coalville(Marlborough Square),forget to take the ref number and the stuff told me with a smug in his face that he could not do anything to help me even knowing that I had the ID and the card that I purchased the euros .I could fell that he was enjoying himself, from now on I will never buy anything from the post office or inside the store (metro stores).I believe even when you can not do anything for your customer at least have some sympathy ..

An easy to set up and use service, with a comparable exchange rate. I had no problems using the travel money card in Florida and I will continue to use The Post Office.

Wont allow you to buy currency unless you own your home. If you are renting you will fail their security checks. I then bought currency in store at an appalling exchange rate and lost nearly £50 on a £600 transaction. Post Office branch rates are a scam.

Ordered Euro travel money on line, got the best rate on the day from the Post Office. The cash arrived in my hand the next day before they withdrew the money from my bank. Great service, highly recommended.

Very good rates better than going into the postoffice highstreet shop.
