Really easy to purchase with a lot of options for collection. I bought Euros at a great rate (online -- never buy at a store) and collected it at Heathrow airport with plenty of stores to choose from and friendly staff. Will use again.

Really annoyed that they did not honor the rate at the airport offered online, how dare they! I ended up changing my money in Spain at not the best rate.

You can buy online at the rate specified then collect at the airport. Never buy at the airport as the rates offered are dreadful compared to online.
